The 2024 Tesla Model 3 does not have head restrain adjustment. For my wife (5'4"), her head is pushed forward uncomfortably by the bottom of the head restraint. I'm 6' and my head rests comfortably on the head restraint. So the Headrest Pillow is perfect for my wife, she loves it, but I just don't need it.
