The Tesla Cybertruck teardown series commences by examining the interior and underbody of the vehicle.

Tesla Cybertruck deliveries to initial customers have allowed for closer scrutiny of the automaker's manufacturing processes. Automotive manufacturing expert Sandy Munro and his team have embarked on a series of features examining the Cybertruck's interior and underbody, delving into Tesla's design choices for the electric vehicle (EV).

After receiving a pair of Cybertruck units earlier this month, Munro announced plans for an in-depth teardown series. Although the teardown process has not yet commenced, Munro Live introduced an introductory video to the series, followed by discussions on the vehicle's interior and underbody.

In the latest videos, engineer Carl provides insights into the Cybertruck's interior features, while the team hoists a Cybertruck for a detailed examination of its underbody, focusing on elements such as the suspension and battery pack. Munro praises Tesla's structural design decisions, highlighting the company's expertise in material science and welding techniques.

Sandy Munro has previously shared teardowns and reviews of Tesla's EVs, maintaining a positive outlook on the company's manufacturing strategies, which align with his lean manufacturing expertise. Tesla's Cybertruck production at Giga Texas is on the rise, with drone footage revealing over 300 units at the facility. Notably, various celebrities, including Big Sean, Steve Aoki, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, among others, have joined the ranks of Cybertruck owners since its launch in late November.
