Tesla Cybertruck advocate Greggertruck has been particularly vocal about this issue, seeking clarity for months. Recently, Siddhant Awasthi, the Cybertruck Vehicle Program Manager, provided an update, stating, “It will come soon! Cybertruck was not 100% carryover in execution like S3XY, so it required work.” This statement highlights the complexities Tesla faced in adapting the Cybertruck's systems, similar to the challenges encountered when rolling out Full Self-Driving (FSD) capabilities.

As Tesla finalizes the integration of the B-Pillar camera into Sentry Mode, a software update is expected in the coming weeks.
