The revamped 2024 Tesla Model 3, featuring significant enhancements, has officially hit the American market.

The recently updated 2024 Tesla Model 3 is now up for grabs in the U.S., featuring two variants: the RWD Standard Range starting at $40,630 and the AWD Long Range at $47,630. Interested customers can place orders on Tesla's website, and deliveries are set to kick off this month.

The exterior boasts noticeable improvements with redesigned headlights and taillights, elevating the sedan's aesthetic appeal. Inside, enhancements include ambient lighting, dual wireless smartphone charging pads, an extra front air vent, a revamped steering wheel, an 8.0-inch touchscreen for rear-seat passengers, standard heated and cooled front seats, and an upgraded audio system. Tesla has also stepped up interior material quality and added more sound-deadening materials for a quieter cabin experience.

The lineup maintains the rear-wheel-drive Standard Range model, offering a claimed 272 miles of range (or 248 miles with 19-inch wheels) starting at $40,630. Optional features include a $1000 white interior, $1500 19-inch wheels, and a $6000 Enhanced Autopilot package. The all-wheel-drive Long Range model now boasts an impressive range of 341 miles (or 305 miles with 19-inch wheels) and starts at $47,630. As of now, there's no word on a revised Model 3 Performance, so enthusiasts may have to wait for updates on that front.

While Tesla has already introduced the updated Model 3 in Europe and China, its availability in the U.S. signals an exciting milestone for American buyers. Keep an eye out for potential updates on the Tesla Model Y crossover in the near future, as similar enhancements are anticipated.
