Tesla Inaugurates Experience Center at Pavilion Damansara Heights, spanning 3,000 sq. ft., to cater to the communities of Bangsar and Damansara Heights. The center will feature an array of Tesla offerings, including the Model 3 and Model Y, along with diverse charging solutions and company merchandise. The grand opening was presided over by Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming and Tesla's regional director, Isabel Fan.

"Tesla's entry into Malaysia stands as a vote of confidence in our country's potential as the Southeast Asian gateway."

"We extend an open invitation to all electric car manufacturers, including Tesla, to not only establish showrooms in Malaysia but also consider initiating their manufacturing plants here."

With the unveiling of the enhanced Model 3, Tesla's regional director announced the company's intentions to expand the Supercharger network in Malaysia. Presently, two stations are operational, situated in Pavillion Kuala Lumpur and Sunway Big Box, Johor.

"We have plans for additional stations. Our objective is to foster connectivity within the country and the broader region, facilitating seamless cross-border travel from Singapore to Malaysia," Fan stated.

Tesla aims to deploy Supercharger stations in 12 distinct locations nationwide. Among them, five will be situated in the Klang Valley, two in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, and two in the southern region.
